Hey Lovely Ladies,
As we approach the new school year, it's the perfect time to prepare our hearts and minds for a season of growth and renewal.
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2 (ESV)
This powerful verse encourages us to seek spiritual renewal and transformation. Starting fresh can be both exciting and challenging, but with God's guidance, we can set meaningful spiritual goals that will carry us through the year.
Here are some examples of spiritual goals you might consider:
- Daily Scripture Reading: Commit to reading a chapter of the Bible every day.
- Prayer Routine: Set aside a specific time each day for prayer and meditation.
- Memorize Scripture: Choose a verse to memorize each week.
- Acts of Kindness: Perform one act of kindness each day to reflect God’s love.
- Join a Bible Study Group: Engage with others in studying God’s Word and sharing insights.
What are your spiritual goals for this school year? We'd love to hear from you! Reply to this email and share your thoughts with us.
Journaling Prompts:
- What does Romans 12:2 mean to you personally, and how can you apply it to your life?
- Describe a time when you felt spiritually renewed. What led to that experience?
- What are three things you can do daily to keep your mind focused on God?

P.S. Did you know?
The oldest man to ever live, according to the Bible, was Methuselah. Genesis 5:27 states that Methuselah lived for an astonishing 969 years! His incredible lifespan makes him a fascinating figure in biblical history. Interestingly, Methuselah was the grandfather of Noah, and he lived right up until the year of the Great Flood. This remarkable longevity has sparked much curiosity and discussion among scholars and believers alike.
What significance might Methuselah's long life and timing in biblical history have on our understanding of God's plans and timing?
