Step Forward with Courage

Hi friend,

This week, I’ve been thinking about how often the Lord calls us to take steps of courage. Whether it’s trying something new, leading our children in Bible study, or simply choosing faith over fear in daily life, courage is always required. Courage doesn’t mean we never feel afraid—it means we move forward knowing God is with us.

📖 Bible Study Tip of the Week:

When you feel hesitant about studying a passage—maybe because it seems difficult or unfamiliar—pause to pray Joshua 1:9: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Write the verse at the top of your notebook page. Let it remind you that God equips you with the courage to press into His Word, even in the challenging parts.

Kids' Corner:

This week, share the story of Queen Esther with your children (Esther 4:14–16). Esther had to make a very brave choice—she risked her life to go before the king and save her people. She trusted God’s plan, even when she felt afraid.

Activity: Print out this week’s Esther coloring page and talk together about times when your kids have needed to be brave. Ask them, “How can we be courageous like Esther and trust God to help us?”

🙏 Family Faith Focus:

As a family, pray this together:
Lord, help us to be strong and courageous. When we feel afraid, remind us that You are always with us. Give us boldness to live out our faith in our home, school, and community.

✨ Just for You:

Maybe God is calling you to something new—leading a study, starting family devotions, or just creating space for His Word in your busy life. It takes courage to step forward, but you don’t step alone. Jesus is with you, guiding your heart and giving you strength.

🛍 Something Special:

I’m thrilled to share something I’ve been praying about and working on: The Storeroom Treasures Vault Membership. This is a special space filled with Bible study tools, children’s activities, and faith-building resources that will grow month after month.
